• Dr. Rashti's staff will complete insurance forms and bill the insurance company as a courtesy to patients; Any balance not paid by the insurance company is the responsibility of the patient.
• ..Our financial coordinator will aslo estimate your insurance coverage and will inform you, in advance, about your responsibility for the possbile amount not covered by your insurance policy.
